Introduction
As we step into new era, people begin to organize themselves in new ways, both inside and outside the workplace. Teams are coming to be seen by many as being more effective than individuals operating, departments, committees or production lines of traditional organizations.

Nevertheless, this phenomenon is not always the case -- teams, in whatever shape or form they appear, are sometimes extremely effective, yet sometimes disastrously ineffective. The key of knowing when to use teams, and to realizing their potential for excellence, lies in understanding the REAL meaning of TEAM.

Team Power is the key of helping each other to succeed because it is about synergy, co-operation and maximizing resources to achieve the target in fastest time possible. The thinking games and learning activities are designed to fully understand the impact and important of Team Power. You will not learn intellectually solely but experience the true essence of Team Power.

Methodology
The Creative Teaming is designed purposely for those organization that WILLing to EXCEL in 21st century. During the workshop, the trainer will use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Accelerated Learning Techniques (ALT) and Whole-self Learning (WSL) to create a dynamic combination of lectures, Creative Activities, Thinking Games, cases and exercises in order to enhance effective optimum learning.
