Introduction
Career Compass Cards™ is a reflective tool designed to support individuals who feel disconnected, uncertain, or misaligned in their career journey. In a world where career choices are often shaped by expectations, pressure, and external definitions of success, many people gradually lose touch with their authentic self. They may be functioning, performing, and achieving—yet feel inwardly lost.
This deck invites a different kind of career conversation. Rather than asking, “What should I do next?”, Career Compass Cards™ asks a deeper question: “Who am I becoming through my work?”
Rooted in ontological coaching, career development psychology, and narrative approaches, the deck

Career Compass Cards™ is the seventh reflective card system created by Jason ZECK Lee, following more than two decades of work in coaching, training, and human development. With 28 years of experience in corporate training and executive coaching, Jason has worked extensively with professionals, leaders, and organisations navigating change, pressure, and identity transitions. Across these years, one recurring pattern has remained consistent: people rarely struggle because they lack ability or opportunity — they struggle because they have lost connection with who they are.
Career Compass Cards™ was developed from this lived experience. It brings together Jason’s background in ontological coaching, career consulting, and executive development, offering a practical yet deeply reflective tool for exploring identity, meaning, and direction in work.
This deck is designed specifically for career professionals, as well as educators and facilitators who work with individuals experiencing career confusion, transition, or misalignment.
