Career Compass Cards™ is a reflective tool designed to support individuals who feel disconnected, uncertain, or misaligned in their career journey. Career Compass Cards™ is the seventh reflective card system created by Jason ZECK Lee, following more than two decades of work in coaching, training, and human development. With 28 years of experience in corporate training and executive coaching, Jason has worked extensively with professionals, leaders, and organisations navigating change, pressure, and identity transitions. Across these years, one recurring pattern has remained consistent: people rarely struggle because they lack ability or opportunity — they struggle because they have lost connection with who they are.

Career Compass Cards™ was developed from this lived experience. It brings together Jason’s background in ontological coaching, career consulting, and executive development, offering a practical yet deeply reflective tool for exploring identity, meaning, and direction in work.

This deck is designed specifically for career professionals, as well as educators and facilitators who work with individuals experiencing career confusion, transition, or misalignment.
